Inquiries are stored by the service so the DO LESS team can follow up. Access to inquiry records is restricted to the authorized owner workspace. Records should be retained only as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect inquiry details. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include sensitive financial, health, or account credentials in a project inquiry.
